Title: Account Manager - Ozone Platform

Reporting To: business development Director

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Account Manager to build and create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee the Ozone Projects platform customer base for the entirety of the publisher lifecycle from on-boarding, daily advisory and troubleshooting alongside the Technical Account Manager. In addition to the day to day we are looking for an entrepreneur who will be able to develop new business from the existing portfolio and seek new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple publisher partnerships and serve as the main point of contact for all account management matters

  • Develop strong and trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders

  • Work closely with Business Development, Product and TAM to ensure smooth on-boarding of the account

  • Work closely with Business Development, Sales and product to ensure external messaging is consistent

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our product roadmaps and solutions are filtered down

  • Clearly communicate the progress through monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

  • Collaboration internally to ensure delivery of product feedback enhancements are feedback alongside the TAM

  • Responsible for developing and delivering quarterly business reviews in person

  • Responsible for pulling together performance and market trends and insights to

    support publisher’s business objectives

  • Work closely with Audience teams and publisher sales teams to deliver sales engagement workshops

  • Assist with challenging client requests or issues and escalations as required

Your Experience

  • Extensive experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales, Account Manager

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Digital and Programmatic advertising landscape

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

  • Excellent track record in time management, candidates should have a proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Strong process and analytical skills

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

  • Strong track record of driving publisher growth and revenue alongside stellar relationships

  • Excellent time management in delivering key results to publisher against their deliverables

  • Maintaining key lead for all day to day matters

  • Team player, working across all of Ozone’s key business functions

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Ability to work in a high paced environment
