Title: Business Analyst

Reporting To: Head of Product

Role Overview

The Ozone Project is looking for a Business Analyst / Product Manager to join our product team, driving definition, planning and delivery of a range of exciting products and projects. This is an amazing opportunity to be involved in developing a market-leading suite of products, designed to support some of the biggest publishers in the UK. We are looking for a candidate who is analytical, commercially-minded, comfortable with understanding technical concepts and innately curious.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be required to work with senior internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, support the development of the strategy roadmap and take ownership of delivering initiatives. You will have the opportunity to define the ongoing development of products ranging from analytics dashboards to creating new methodologies for audience segmentation, working with a variety of stakeholders (product, commercial, data, engineering) throughout.

Responsibilities

  • Translating business objectives into product opportunities, working with various stakeholders to understand requirements and define scope

  • Work with delivery teams to build out product specifications and develop prioritised project plans against these

  • Support project planning against the product roadmap and key strategic initiatives

  • Manage a portfolio of ongoing projects that can range from working with senior stakeholders to define scope and requirements through to planning client facing product launches

Your Experience

  • 3+ years in a business analyst / product management function in a technology and data business

  • A strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem

  • An analytical and logical mindset with an ability to understand technical concepts

  • Ability to understand requirements and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects with strong organisational skills

  • Curiosity and drive to find the best solutions to problems / opportunities

  • Very strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Highly computer literate, particularly with excel

  • An interest in product / software development is essential, whilst experience in this space is a bonus

  • Experience in high growth start up environment is a plus
