Title: Agency Partner (Sales)

Reporting To: Agency Sales Director

Role Overview

The role of the Agency Partner is to establish, develop and nurture relationships across a specified patch of agencies, to meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets, ensuring client relationships are grown and maintained.

  • Win business and drive revenue growth from an allocated agency portfolio

  • Contribute positively to help the sales team achieve the overall Sales revenue target

  • Grow and maintain great client relationships with your agency patch

  • Develop and create new Ozone advocates within your agencies to unlock investment from new brands within the portfolio

  • Work closely with the UK Head of Agency Sales to maximise revenues from your clients

  • Uncover briefs, write proposals, negotiate prices, and book new business

  • A degree of on-going management and development of client relationships to ensure retention of business

  • Work closely with Account Management and AdOps to ensure we offer best in class service

  • Work collaboratively with Ozone’s publisher sales teams where necessary to ensure we present Ozone in a collaborative, informed way

  • A proven ability to exceed personal revenue / performance targets

  • Excellent relationships with your clients who should be Media Agencies

  • A proven track record in hitting targets

  • A solid understanding of the digital media space

  • Excellent numeracy and commercial acumen

  • Strong written ability – can produce high-quality sales documents
