The Ozone Awards were launched to celebrate the individual contributions of Ozoners across the business. Nominated by fellow team mates, the shortlist was then debated by the senior leadership team with five winners announced.
In lieu of our postponed Christmas get-together, the awards were held virtually - taking place after our year-end review that celebrated our collective achievements over the past twelve months. In addition to five fun awards, five core awards, derived from the Ozone company values, were announced, each with unanimous winners and high commendations.
